Necessary operational experience

Functions:

Managing projects as cell-type production (integrated management of the architectural part of design). Organization of architectural group during community and residential buildings construction. Execution of architectural and planning analysis of the territories.
Development and coordination of planning projects and land surveying projects. Development and coordination of general layout projects. Determination of buildings and constructions architectural concepts. Development of requirements specification for designing
Ensuring corresponding of developed planning and architectural decisions to environmental protection requirements and ecologic standards.
Independent development of projects at the stages of concept, P and RD. Proving of correspondence of design decisions to the operative norms and legal acts. Permanent control of alterations in normative documents.
Control of design decisions corresponding to the requirements specification and client’s requirements. Cooperation with coordinating organizations, control of remark elimination. Generalization and client’s conceptual requirements formation concerning location, zoning, functional purpose of projects, taking into consideration requirements and architectural tendencies.
Participation in negotiations with customers’ representatives and services, project presentation. Coordination of architectural decisions alterations. Keeping documents circulation with contractors.
Field supervision of building the designed projects.

Requirements:

Higher architectural education.
Operational experience of working at cell-type production not less than 5 years.
Experience in designing residential and public buildings and constructions at all stages.
Experience in project realization. Knowing the regulatory base for projecting in Moscow or Moscow region. Knowing requirements applied to project documentation.
Experience in passing public examination of projects, experience in coordination in different instances.
Experience in conducting field supervision, cooperation with suppliers.
Excellent knowledge of general and specialized programmes (Office, AutoCad, ArchiCad, 3ds max)
Developed communication skills, purposefulness, responsibility, leadership qualities, photo is welcomed.

Registration according to the Labour Code,
Wage beginning with 70000 rubles (official). Negotiated with the final candidate.
