Necessary operational experience

Operational experience 3 - 6 years, higher education

Functions:

Technical management of building process.
Preparation and making contracts with sub-contractors.
Ensuring high technical level of construction, coordination of manufacturing sequence and period of work execution by contracting and subcontracting organizations.
Control of timely provision of constructions with design estimates, complying with technical regulations, construction norms and rules, delivering the projects in set periods of time.
Management of efficient regulation, using computer aids, communications, process of building technologies, ensuring continuous output of construction goods in accordance with the production schedule and delivery contracts.
Management of production programmes and building calendar diagrams development, their correction during the planned period, development and implementation of norms for production sequencing.
On-line control organization to check the process of construction, providing the production with technical documentation, equipment, tools, materials, spare parts, transport, cargo handling equipment etc.
Ensuring daily records management of construction process, performing daily tasks of construction, control of condition and completeness of unfinished construction, complying the set norms of backlogs at the depots and workplaces, of rational using of transportation means and timeliness of cargo handling execution.
Coordination of the company subdivisions operation, taking measures to ensure continuous complying with the calendar planning of the manufacture, preventing and eliminating the breaks of production process.
Ensuring timely formation, accounting and regulation of general contractor orders execution, delivered to subcontractors.
Control of executing mutual requirements and claims of subdivisions of the construction organization, analysis of their activity results for the previous planning period to detect the possibilities of more full and uniform load of capacities, equipment and production areas, decrease of production cycle; executing work to detect and implement technical innovations, scientific discoveries and inventions, advanced experience, helping to improve the technology, organization of production and increase of working efficiency.
Management of production depots works, ensuring the participation of the department in conducting inventory of the unfinished construction.
Organization of measures development concerning embittering of the operational planning, current production records and coordinating services mechanization, implementation of up-to-date means of computer engineering, communication.
Performing methodical management of work of production and dispatcher subdivisions [organization, enterprise].
Tender documentation preparation.
Department personnel management.

Requirements:
Male, female, higher education, older than 35, operational experience more than 3 years (in general contractor – compulsory), Autocad, MS Project.
