Functions:
Assistant administrator (secretary) is required for the new opening manufacturing enterprise in Kostroma.

  • Organization of the administrator’s workday, welcoming guests and partners;
  • Organization and planning of meetings, conferences, record-keeping, working with outgoing and ingoing mail;
  • Endorsement of issues with the organization department personnel;
  • Accomplishing missions of the administrator and his deputies;
  • Work with correspondence of the enterprise (Russian Post, mail services);
  • Ordering travel tickets and hotel booking;
  • Providing the office with necessary expendable materials (office accessories, drinking water, household chemicals).

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Attractive appearance;
  • Sociability, competent speech;
  • Confident PC and office equipment user (mini automatic switching centre, fax, printer, scanner etc.);
  • Knowing the business custom, records management, documents circulation;

  • Automobile is compulsory;
  • Stress resistance, thinking rapidity, responsible attitude to work;
  • Ability to concentrate on positive aspects
  • Wish to work, personal development.
  • B category driving license
