Functions:

  • Personnel service activity organization (personnel department, staff recruitment, passport and visa support)
  • Personnel records management organization and control.
  • Budget formation according to expenses for personnel
  • HR-accounting development and formation.
  • Development, optimization and implementation of organizational structure and personnel arrangements.
  • Development of job regulations and norms about departments.
  • Coordination of the department cooperation with other subdivisions of the company.

Requirements:

  • Operational experience in all HR-directions in construction sphere is compulsory + passport and visa support, experience in staff recruitment in regions,
  • PC advanced user,
  • Operational experience in using 1:С ЗУП (8.2, 8.3) programme,
  • Experience in solving conflict situations and labour disputes,
  • Ability to find non-standard decisions,
  • Ability to work with a high volume of information,
  • Knowing the labour legislation.
  • Ability to analytical thinking.
  • High level of responsibility.
